  • Author Visit
    On September 16th the author Jack Trelawny will be visiting us in Assembly, please follow the link to learn more about him.
  • A warm welcome to Picasso Class (EYFS)
    Our new children spent the morning getting settled in to their new classroom, meeting new friends and having lots of fun.
  • Year 4 - Live Well NHS session.
    In July, Live well, an NHS funded team came to visit Yr4. During the session the children made posters, the top posters have been published on the Mid Essex NHS site.
  • Salt Pool Visit Year 1
    Year one have enjoyed a visit to the salt pool. The sun shone and a breeze blew up to keep the children cool as they sketched and made sand castles.
  • 'Ye Ha' comedy musical performance.
    Year 5 and 6 have been practicing their comedy timing on the rest of the school this week as they performed their dress rehearsal to the school.
  • New Class Names
    The children have voted for the theme and the school council have made the final decisions regarding the class names for next year. The theme is 'Artists' Click on news feed title ' New Class Names' for the full class list.
  • Sports Day 2016
    After an action packed day, the Roman house team were presented with the winners cup this year.
  • Rio 'Wow' Day 5th July
    The children have worked together to create several Rio themed art projects.
  • Victorian School Children for a day.
    Year 3 and 4 have enjoyed a fantastic visit to the Braintree Museum to learn about what life was like for a Victorian child.
  • KS1 Football Tournament
    Congratulations to our Year 1 and 2 boys who played in a KS1 tournament on Friday 17th June. The boys were brilliant. They played really well and really enjoyed themselves.
